Made to order?

We have a small inventory, so theres a chance it will ship in the day your order, but most likely it will be made to order and have a standard lead time of 1-3 weeks before shipping.

Where do you ship to? / Shipping policy

 In stock items ship in 5 to 10 business days, we ship on Tusedays and Thursdays. 

Made to order furniture ships under 3 weeks.

Transit time (for US orders) averages 3-5 days. 

Flatpack shipping means your furniture will arrive unassembled. It also means compact packaging which results in a reduced carbon footprint. 

We only ship furniture to the United States and Canada for now, however drop us an email for all other international order requests and we will look into feasibility and shipping / export costs. Note we are currently working with European production partners to open up sales within Europe as soon as possible and keep manufacturing local to the market to avoid transatlantic shipping.

We ship within the contiguous 48 states as of now. We are now offering Canadian Shipping for 35$, hopefully in the near future we will ship internationally.

Can I pick up?

Yes, our warehouse is in Pittsfield, MA in the heart of the Berkshires. Please email to arrange a pickup. Pickup hours are M-F 9am-5pm.

What's your warranty?

We stand by our manufacturing and material and offer a 20 year warranty on standard usage, more info can me found here. Edgebanded/ colored products have a 2 year warranty. 

Do you offer colors? 

We do! We do want to make solid color shelves but someday. 

Returns?

Sorry, we are a small company and returns cannot be accepted currently. 

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

You have 7 days from when tracking says delivered to reach out with images, we will either refund or send new items.

Custom!?!

We do custom! if you can't find a size or shape we can accommodate most the time.
